Program Description: Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness.  Based on input from more than 300 subject matter experts at over 150 organizations and Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® best leadership practices  , this program connects to real-world demands, generating powerful dialogue that provides a clear path for action.  Work of Leaders (R) focuses on tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward desired and sustainable outcomes. 

Attendance: Leaders in every level of an organization creating vision, alignment, and execution. 
Leaders Learn: 
  • Module 1: Leadership style, priorities, and how the leaders style influences each step of the process.
  • Module 2: Three drivers of crafting a vision.  How to approach each driver of vision.
  • Module 3: Three drivers of alignment.  How to impact alignment and leader effectiveness.
  • Module 4: Three drivers of execution. How to approach and impact each driver of execution.
  • Module 5: Action planning.  Strengths and challenges in the Work of Leaders process.  Action plan for improvement of one challenge area.

Everything DiSC 363 FOR LEADERS (Can be used as a stand alone product)
  • Why is it called Everything DiSC 363® for Leaders?
 Filled with data and useful information from the points of view both the leader and the raters.  Unlike other profiles, Everything DiSC for Leaders shows leaders what to do with that information by giving three strategies for continued leadership development. 

  • Who is Everything DiSC for Leaders for? 

The profile is designed for leaders at every level, whether they're emerging, high-potential leaders or experienced executives.

  • What is the assessment experience like for the leader and the raters?
The leader is given an online assessment that takes 20-30 minutes to complete. Raters are given a two-part assessment that takes 15-20 minutes to complete and asks which leadership practices they'd like the leader to do more of.  CommentSmart allows raters to give balanced, constructive feedback--pre-written, highly-tested comments. Raters are anonymous and can be direct reports, peers, manager, others.
